Automation and embedded delivery
Automation first is the largest applicability tag on this page, held by five of the nine companies: ScienceSoft, BugRaptors, 2i, ImpactQA, and Testhouse. Embedded team model is held by three companies: TestFort, 2i, and ImpactQA. 2i and ImpactQA sit in both groups, so the two tags overlap in exactly two names. TestFort is the only Embedded team model company without Automation first, and ScienceSoft, BugRaptors and Testhouse are the three Automation first companies without Embedded team model.
Nearshore and single-company tags
Nearshore for the EU is held by two companies, ScienceSoft and TestFort. Nearshore for the USA is also held by two companies, ScienceSoft and PLATO. ScienceSoft is the only company in this composition that carries both nearshore tags. Performance engineering is held by TestFort and BugRaptors, the two companies that otherwise sit in Embedded team model and Automation first respectively.
Security focus and Accessibility specialists are each held by a single company. Security focus stays a single-company group even though seven of the nine companies in this composition have a published case study; the tag also requires security testing offered as a service together with either penetration testing or a verified ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, and only one company combines a security case study with that additional condition. Accessibility specialists stays a single-company group because the tag requires an accessibility case study reporting a conformance metric, and only one company in this composition publishes one.
Coverage gaps in this composition
RTTS and Zoonou are the two companies in this composition that carry no applicability tag on this page.
Eight data fields are unevenly filled across the composition, following the field definitions in the methodology. No company publishes a signed BAA or GDPR DPA, the largest gap of any field in this list. Certificates are unfilled for eight of the nine companies, external reviews for six, client stages for five, and published rates for five. Frameworks and case studies are each unfilled for two companies. Engagement models are unfilled for one company, a smaller gap than any other field in this list.
How this ranking was put together
Membership is computed from the profile, not chosen: companies appear here when they list ERP testing among their services, as their own profile states. Position in a ranking cannot be bought. Paid options are limited to the extended profile, labelled sponsor slots and lead forms, and none of them affect tags or order.
The table compares the fields that decide this axis: frameworks, case studies, published rates, plus the number of verified reviews on external platforms. Rates, minimum project size and onboarding time carry the source they came from next to the value.
- Automation first: Test automation is offered as a service, and at least one published case study reports a coverage or regression time metric.
- Embedded team model: The dedicated team engagement model is offered, and at least one published case study.
- Nearshore for the EU: At least one delivery location in the EU or the EEA, or in Ukraine, Georgia, Serbia or Moldova.
- Nearshore for the USA: At least one delivery location in Canada, Mexico, Central America or South America.
- Performance engineering: Performance testing is offered as a service, and at least one published case study reports a throughput or latency metric.
- Accessibility specialists: Accessibility testing is offered as a service, and at least one published case study reports an accessibility conformance metric.
- Security focus: Security testing is offered, together with either penetration testing or a verified ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, and at least one published case study.
The criteria for this axis are on the methodology page, together with field definitions and the rule for editorial order. Changes of order are recorded in the changelog.
Questions
- The tag for ERP testing does not separate SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo. Where would I find out which specific system a company has tested?
- In a published case study, and only there. A company reaches this page by listing ERP testing among its services, and that entry carries no room for a platform name, so nothing in the structured part of a profile distinguishes one suite from another. Two case studies in this composition do name a system: a migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion, and an Odoo-based enterprise management system. A third describes core banking software, which is a different class of system altogether and would be easy to read as ERP experience at a glance.
- Will a company confirm that it signs a BAA or a GDPR data processing agreement before an ERP testing engagement starts?
- Not on any profile in this composition. None of the nine companies list a signed BAA or a GDPR data processing agreement, the least-filled field on this page. ERP systems typically hold payroll, financial and other personal records, and a realistic test environment is often seeded with a copy of that data, which raises the stakes of this particular gap. An empty field here reflects a missing record, not a refusal to sign. Confirming this directly with a shortlisted vendor stays necessary before any production data moves into a test environment.
- A verified security certificate and a security-focused applicability tag do not always appear together. What does that gap mean when evaluating security assurance for ERP testing?
- They answer different questions. A tag records what one published case study happens to state, here that security testing was paired with penetration testing or a verified ISO/IEC 27001 certificate. A verified certificate is an audited credential, checked independently of any case study. In this composition, the one company holding a verified certificate is one of two companies carrying no applicability tag on this page, so neither one substitutes for the other.

Every fact about a company comes from a listed source. A field without a source stays empty. A certificate counts as confirmed only when a registry, certificate or auditor report backs it; a certificate the company only claims about itself is published separately, under that label. Vendors can request a correction at hello@qa-rating.com. A correction is applied when it comes with a public source.
